Check your power cord, not only that it is plugged into a known good socket, but also that it is plugged into the kiosk receptacle firm and tight. (You will need to open the large door at the bottom of the back side of the kiosk, a key may be required.) This is the most common reason for a kiosk not turning on. If it is firmly plugged in, check the orange toggle button below the receptacle near the base of the kiosk. The button has a ‘1’ on one side and a ‘0’ on the other, if the ‘1’ side is depressed, the light should be on, if not, double check the wall socket with a known good electrical devise (such as a light). If the ‘0’ side is depressed, press the ‘1’ side, this should turn the power on for the kiosk. Finally, if those options look ok, check the square box labeled “FATO”, this is the breaker box for the kiosk, a power surge may have tripped the switch. The lever should be in the up position, if it is pointing down, flip the lever up. If it is in the up position, flip down and then up, this should provide power to the kiosk. Be sure to turn on the kiosk by pressing the green (or silver) button behind the small rectangular door located in the center of the back of the kiosk. The small door may required a round shaped key provided to you when the kiosk was delivered.
