The ‘kiosk application’ is the software that will capture your lead data. The term ‘touch’ is used throughout this manual. Because your kiosk is equipped with a touch screen, you (and your potential customers) will use your finger as you would a mouse, instead of clicking on an icon, touch the icon. Another term used is ‘double tap’; this refers to touching the screen twice in a row, similar to double clicking with a mouse.
